The Dreaded Wii Word I mean “E” Word

If you knew what exercise you enjoy most what would you see, hear and feel doing it?
It is easier to maintain a healthier life style when exercising whether you use Wiiercise, Funercise or Hexercise even just a little more.
You can park further away from your destination or run up and down the stairs of your home additional times each day it all adds up (or in this instance Down) to a healthier, slimmer you.
Moving into spring now it is especially nice for walking. Balmey weather, pretty flowers, twittering birds provide a relaxing environment leading to a healthier identity for those who walk regularily. Walking lowers your blood pressure bringing about a meditative state a sense of oneness with the universe. After about 30 minutes you are completly in the here and now feeling the sun on your skin totally present and relaxed. It is an excellent stress reduction and weight trimming tool.
A good pair of walking shoes and getting out the door are all it takes to begin. Let me know how it goes.
