Geraldine With Her Chocolate Dunkin' Donuts

 There she is Miss Geraldine with her favorite chocolate donuts.  Fortunately for me, I do not like chocolate donuts.  Geraldine and my husband, Jack, are enjoying them or should I say fighting over them.  My friends call Jack, The Donut King.  He is able to eat these donuts without gaining weight. He might even lose weight.   What a metabolism!  I am so jealous.

My apologies for the delay in getting Geraldine’s picture posted.  There have beensome technical difficulties.  I am back to my lowest weight in years.  Although I gained two and a half pounds on my beach trip, I have already dropped it off with a high fiber diet, a walk around the lake yesterday with my girlfriend and chicken for dinner last night.  I have noticed that if I gain weight but take quick action – my body does not recognize the weight as a part of me and quickly eliminates it – weight loss quickly.  But if I wait…it’s much more work and a longer period of time to slough it off.

As the “Donut Battles” swirl around me, Geraldine is having a ball right now gobbling up as many donuts as she can cram into her mouth.  Since Jack is at work, she is unopposed at this time.  She is such a little devil. I have to go capture a couple of donuts for Jack’s return this afternoon.

I’m putting her on the chicken, broccoli, baby carrot with strawberries for dessert diet. 

“No more donuts Geraldine.”

“Waaaaaa!” 

UT, oh – it’s getting noisy around here.  Take good care of yourself.
